Professor Jennifer Stow is an NHMRC Research Leadership Fellow leading the Protein Trafficking and Inflammation laboratory at the Institute for Molecular Bioscience (IMB), University of Queensland. Her career includes a PhD (Monash University), postdoctoral training (Yale University School of Medicine), and as Assistant Professor (Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School), prior to IMB/UQ, where she has also served as IMB Deputy Director (Research). Using advanced microscopy and biochemistry her group studies secretory and endocytic pathways, GTPases and other regulators. In macrophages, cytokine and  immune receptor signalling regulation are targets for understanding and controlling inflammation in chronic disease and cancer.
