Accommodation Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Accommodation can be added to your conference profile during the registration process. Please note, your room is not confirmed until full pre-payment is received. Full pre-payment for accommodation is due by 19 October 2025. Several payment options are available: online via credit card (credit card surcharge applies), credit card authorisation form (surcharge applies), over the phone by calling ASN Events on (03) 8658 9530 (credit card surcharge applies) , or EFT by following the instructions on the invoice emailed to you. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact ASN Events.

    Accommodation bookings not paid for by 19 October 2025 will be cancelled.

  • A security deposit will be held by the hotel to cover any miscellaneous charges.

  • If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat for availability. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.

  • Cancellation policies apply to each hotel and usually apply when cancellations are made within 35 days of arrival. Rooms cancelled within 35 days of the conference will generally be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the secretariat (manisha.p@asnevents.net.au) if you wish to cancel your stay and would like to know the cancellation policy.
