Beware of scammers!
Due to the amount of publicly available information on conference and institution websites, some delegates are being contacted by third party companies, often from overseas, purporting to be event managers who request to secure accommodation or sell delegate lists. These requests always ask for financial information or credit card details and will generally be quite pushy in their attempts.
Please note, the conference and its secretariat (ASN Events) will never ask a third party to retrieve credit card or financial information from you without prior personal arrangement with yourself and an ASN staff member. If for any reason you are unsure of the legitimacy of a requested payment, you should always contact your ASN Events Project Manager.
We take the protection of the information you provide to us very seriously, including your contact details and any financial information and have instituted secure IT platforms to protect your data.

The registration dashboard is a unique online system, which provides delegates with an effective and efficient way to register and look after all aspects of the conference themselves prior and post conference. You can re-visit your registration dashboard at anytime to add social function tickets, add/amend your extras, book or amend your accommodation, make payment, edit/begin your abstract or download your invoice.
If you have previously registered for a conference run by ASN, you would have more than likely developed your own 'registration dashboard'. If so, when registering for this conference - please enter your email and password under 'returning delegate', and click on ANZSEV 2025.
If you are yet to register for a conference run by ASN - you will need to set up your own registration dashboard and therefore you will need to click on 'register as a new delegate'. Once you have filled out your details, you will have now developed your own 'Registration dashboard'.

If you are a group manager who is arranging registrations for delegates within your organisation, please contact Jeffrey jeffrey.c@asnevents.net.au for registration instructions.
If you are a group manager that is arranging the payment of registrations for delegates outside of your organisation, please contact Jeffrey jeffrey.c@asnevents.net.au with the following details:
Name of sponsored delegate(s)
Items and amounts to be covered as part of the sponsorship
Name of conference
If you require a separate invoice for sponsored delegates and staff members, please contact Jeffrey jeffrey.c@asnevents.net.au

Amount Payable is in NZD (New Zealand Dollars).
Payments via credit card will appear on your statement as "ASN Conferences Pty Ltd".
Payments by MasterCard and Visa attract a 3.70% surcharge, which will be automatically added to your payment prior to processing.
AMEX payments are not accepted.
Once your payment has been received/processed a payment confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you do not receive your payment confirmation email within 3 business days of payment.

Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend the conference, you must contact ASN Events via email jeffrey.c@asnevents.net.au. Registration cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of AU$100 if made in writing before Monday 20 October 2025. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. If you have not yet paid for your attendance at the time of cancellation this must be paid in full. Email the Conference Secretariat.
In accordance with the above policy, cancellations made:
Before Monday 20 October 2025 will be eligible for a full refund less $100 cancellation fee
On or after Monday 20 October 2025 will not receive a refund, however, delegate substitution is possible. Click here for more information.

In the event you are unable to attend the conference, substitution of your registration is available to an unregistered colleague or friend by writing via email to ASN Events. Any reimbursement for registration and additional costs must be sought directly with the new attendee.
